Company History
In view of the nation's most magnificent mountain range, Daryl Milius wanted to create something equally grand in Colorado; after successfully serving as CEO of two Fortune 500 companies, he believed he was more than capable of doing just that. So in 1974 he founded Management Recruiters of Colorado Inc., part of the Management Recruiters International Companies- the largest executive recruitment organization in the world.

The expansive power of the Management Recruiters network is due in part to the strength of firms like this one run by Mr. Milius, whose own unique perspective has enabled MROC to bring creative and extraordinary solutions to client's organizations for nearly thirty years.

Shortly after MROC opened its doors, Mr. Milius was joined by his son Kent Milius, who was at the time one of the youngest brand managers in the United States. Following his tenure at Hartz Mountain Pet Products, where he was responsible for directing all marketing activities, Kent came on board at MROC; he has now been with the company for 27 years and is currently the firm's CEO.

MROC Today
At the onset of the 21st century, a third generation of Milius has now joined the ranks at MROC. Sean Milius, son of Kent, serves as the President and COO. Sean brings over 8 years of recruiting experience to the firm, joining Management Recruiters of Colorado in 2001. Since Sean has joined MROC, the company has recorded over 20% growth each of the last 5 years and consistently ranks in the top 3% of Management Recruiters firms worldwide. Considering MROC has been in business for over 30 years, you will not find a more experienced search firm. Together, our staff has over 100 years of combined tenure in the recruiting industry.
