Managing Partner and Business Unit Leader of the West Coast Division of The HealthCare Initiative, Heather joined Management Recruiters of Colorado/THI in 2000. With a background in operations and management Heather started recruiting in-house for various employers in 1992. Since joining MROC she has worked in several industries, and her primary focus is Nursing and Healthcare Recruitment. Heather has been instrumental in developing our west coast team into one of the leading providers of recruitment services to hospitals in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Idaho, Utah, Montana and Wyoming.

Philosophy
Heather's business philosophy to provide both clients and candidates with choices in their hiring or job seeking needs. Listening to the needs of clients as well as listening to the goals of candidates has made her successful in putting the right person with the right facility at the right time in their career. As one of the largest and oldest medical recruiting offices in the country, we have the opportunity to serve our candidates by introducing them to facilities where we have developed long-term relationships and can feel confident that it is a place where our candidates would want to work long term.
