Michael is experienced in the manufacturing and distribution of building materials as a Territory Manager and Sales Coordinator, as well as serving as Sales Manager for two successful start up operations, brings first-hand expertise in the dynamics behind building a winning team, and the understanding of every day challenges business owners face as an executive search consultant for Management Recruiters of Colorado (MROC). Michael's first-hand knowledge of the construction industry comes in part from his previous employment for one of the largest building material manufacturers and distributors in North America.
